Romania
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a university Diploma de Licenta/Diploma de Inginer (awarded after a minimum of 4 years study). A final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 8.0/10 or better is required.

Russia
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a (minimum) 5 year Specialist Diploma or a 4 year Bakalavr degree. Both degrees must have been awarded with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 4.0/5 or better or a significant number of ‘Excellents’.

Rwanda
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a (minimum) 4 year Bachelor’s honours degree with First Class Honours or Second Class Honours Upper Division awarded after the structure of the higher education system was reformed from the mid-2000s.

Senegal
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a Diplôme d'Ingénieur with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 14/20 or better.

Seychelles
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a Bachelor's degree with First Class or Upper Second Class.

Sierra Leone
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a 4 year Bachelor's Honours degree from a public university with First Class or Second Class Upper.

Somalia
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a 5 year Bachelor's degree from a public university with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 80 or better.

South Africa
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with Honours (awarded after at least 4 years) with a First or Upper Second Class Honours.

South Korea
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 75% or better.

South Sudan
An undergraduate degree from South Sudan does not qualify for admission to an MSc programme. To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a Master’s degree from a public university with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 75% or better.

Spain
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a Licenciado / Licenciatura, Titulo de Ingeniero (Superior), Titulo de Arquitecto or Título de Graduado (obtained after at least 4 years = 240 ECTS of studies) degree with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 7.0/10 or better or 2.0/4 or better.

Sudan
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a (minimum) 5 year Bachelor's degree from a public university with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 70% or better.

Swaziland
An undergraduate degree from Swaziland does not qualify for admission to an MSc programme. To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a Master’s degree  with First Class or Second Class first division.

Switzerland
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a first degree, Diplom/Diplôme, Lizentiat/Licence or Staatsdiplom/Diplôme d'Etat with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 4.5/6 or 7.5/10 or better or a 1st Cycle Bachelor's degree (180 ECTS credits) with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 4.5/6 or 7.5/10 or better.

Syria
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a 5 year Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 70% or better.

Taiwan
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a Bachelor's degree with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 75% or better.

Thailand
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a 4 year Bachelor's degree with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.0/4 or better.

Tanzania
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with a First or Upper Second Class Honours.

Turkey
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a Bachelor's (Lisans Diplomasi) degree with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.0/4 or better.

Uganda
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree awarded from a public university or an institution accredited by the National Council for Higher Education with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 75% or Class I (top honours) or Class II (honours upper).

United Kingdom
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a Bachelor's honours degree with Upper Second or First Class.

United States of America
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a Bachelor's degree with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.0/4 or better.

Vietnam
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a 4 year Bachelor's degree (Bang Tot Nghiep Dai Hoc) with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 7.5/10 or better. 

Zambia
An undergraduate degree from Zambia does not qualify for admission to an MSc programme. To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a Postgraduate diploma or a Master’s degree with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.0/4.0 or better.

Zimbabwe
To be considered for admission to an MSc programme, applicants should have a (minimum) 4 year Bachelor Honours degree from a public university with First Division or Upper Second Division.
