"Music gives you a good excuse to take the time to feel your emotions, without thinking about concrete situations."

After these...

...hectic months I think it's a good moment to reflect. Prepare for the winter, by finding the ideal chocolate milk recipe and listening to music. Music gives you a good excuse to take the time to feel your emotions, without thinking about concrete situations. Wallow in grief or escape in happiness: I sometimes use my vinyl collection as a holiday resort.

I play...

...in a Jazz collective called RED. Listening to music is one thing, being part of it is next level! The power of the collective is a very warm feeling, especially if you can share that with an audience. We just recorded an album inspired by New Orleans. The word resilience immediately comes to mind when I think of this town. Although they have known a lot of hardships they are a very welcoming place with lovely and friendly people.

When you fear...

...winter blues, don't be afraid to feel it, it's okay! Just find a soundtrack to match it and you'll have the comforting thought of not being alone with your emotion. Of course I recommend our album NOLA here, that has several moods from extreme grief to sheer joy.

When you fear winter blues, don't be afraid to feel it, it's okay!
