Student Charter 2011 / 2012
In the Students' Charter all rights and duties of students to TU Delft and vice versa are described. You can find information among other things about TU Funds, enrolment issues and protection of rights.
The Student Charter consists of:
- A part that is valid for the whole of TU Delft: Student Charter 2011/2012 (Pdf, 1.16 MB)
- A part that is valid for a certain education programme.
The latter will be presented by the faculties. The faculty regulations are only valid for that certain education programme. They are local and can differ mutually.
Questions about the Student Charter can be submitted at the University Student Counsellors of Student & Career Support:

Course and Examination Regulations (CER) and Exit regulations
The regulation handles all possible issues concerning education and examinations. In it all rights and obligations of both students and teachers are explained in detail, so in a case of a conflict the OER can give a base for a verdict.
Also for issues concerning right of inspection of past exams, correction-terms for exams and exam resits are handled by the OER.
