At TU Delft, Tjeerd Hoek specialised in developing interfaces. After graduation he moved to the US to work for Microsoft.
He is now Manager User Experience for Microsoft Windows. He co-ordinates the team working on various components of the system. His goal is to ensure that Windows appears to the user as one coherent entity.
