Accommodation for exchange students
Exchange students who would like to make use of TU Delft's housing arrangements through the DUWO housing agency, should return the application form for accommodation to the departmental coordinators for international exchange. The coordinator will try to inform you no later than one month before your scheduled arrival whether a room is available.
Completing and signing this form is not free of obligations. Handing in the signed form implies liability for the rent on the accommodation. This means there is a (legal) term of notice of one month. When notice is given too late the student will have to pay at least one month's rent. Please read the housing accommodation conditions carefully.
Rental period
Accommodation will be available for the required period with a fixed contract for one or two semesters as a maximum. Once the accommodation contract has been signed, the rent can not be terminated prior to the expiration date of the contract.
Guest housing
N.B. Guests who are not students and who visit TU Delft should use the guest housing application form. Guests may also choose for upper-priced accommodation at Oude Delft 75, Papenstraat and Cameretten
