DUT09
Around sixty students representing nearly all university departments designed, built and tested this ultralight, energy-efficient vehicle powered by bio-ethanol. This summer, the team will participate in the Formula Student competition for the ninth year in a row.

Nuna5
TU Delft University competes for the fifth time in the World Solar Challenge. A biennial race for car's on solar power. 14 students of the TU Delft University utilised their knowledge to make the car even more beautiful, faster, more aerodynamic and more fuel efficient. The Nuna5 is fueled by 6 m2 of solar cells and has a weight reduction of 30 kilos in respect to the Nuna4.
Galatea
The Galatea-project is a student project of the faculty for Aerospace Engineering at the Delft University of Technology. The objective is to design, built and test a bio-inspired Autonomous Underwater Vehicle, a so called AUV.
Hang-out of the future
Friday 26th June, master students of the faculty Industrial Design Engineering show how to apply new interactive techniques in innovative products. The projects vary from a new type of the juke-box to a special place for autistic children.
Analyse reconstruction of disaster area
This spring, a group of 18 urban planning students left for six difference countries to analyse this reconstruction process. They will be presenting their research results in the form of an exhibition and a symposium from 30 June to 3 July 2009.
Electric airplane
TU Delft is taking the advancement toward a clean and fast electric airplane seriously. After the presentation of a scale model earlier these week at the air fair 'Le Bourget' in Paris, teams of students present two more revolutionary designs: the ZESAR and the ZEPP.
Animated cat
Well-designed interactive computer programs can encourage patients with chronic illnesses such as diabetes to adopt a healthier lifestyle. These Personal Computer Assistants enable patients to play a more active role in their own health, in the comfort of their own home.
The Galatea-project is a student project of the faculty for Aerospace Engineering at the Delft University of Technology. The objective is to design, built and test a bio-inspired Autonomous Underwater Vehicle, a so called AUV.
The Stratos project is the most extreme short-term project by DARE. The rocket will travel at almost twice the speed of sound to an altitude in excess of more than 15 kilometres! They are aiming to launch the rocket in end January / begin February at Esrange in Sweden.
A team of students from Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science have designed the first Dutch student satellite (Delfi-C3). The satellite was launched on 28 April.
