You are obliged to register your contact details in OSIRIS, if you are going on a study-related trip abroad.
Incoming exchange students:
Information for students at foreign universities who wish to visit the EEMCS faculty as part of their studies is available in English here.

Foreigners seeking information about applying for MSc or PhD programmes at TU Delft should refer to the TU Delft website and the faculty MSc site.
Faculty staff:
