The academic counsellors will be available for consultation in person during open office hours and appointments. The open office hours are meant to discuss matters that can be resolved in a short time.

To discuss matters that take more time, such as study planning, illness or personal issues, you can make an appointment at the the Service desk in the main hall (phone: 015-2789804).
