Formulating a successful project
For all academic staff and support staff involved in designing externally funded projects for international (research) Foundations, Organisations and NGOs.
This is a specialized course on how to design and formulate a project or intervention (tender) applying the Logical Framework Analysis (LFA) procedure. The Logic Framework is one of the most commonly applied project formulation tools by a large variety of grant/funding organizations worldwide. Understanding the toll helps you to write project requests more successfully. A simulation will be done of a participatory workshop on a case. Moderation is practiced by the participants in turn. Both the LFA planning procedure and the facilitated workshop process with participants defending different interests will be studied and practiced. Duos will design their own projects and master the visualization and writing techniques. Location: To be announced
