Dariu Gavrila ontvangt IEEE ITS Outstanding Research Award 2019

Dariu Gavrila heeft de Outstanding Research Award 2019 ontvangen van de IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Society voor zijn werk over "Active Vulnerable Road User Safety with focus on vision-based pedestrian and cyclist detection, motion modelling and path prediction".

De prijs werd op 28 oktober uitgereikt tijdens de plenaire opening van de IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Conference (ITSC) 2019 in Auckland, Nieuw-Zeeland.
