Alumni events in Indonesia

Alumni in Indonesia are invited for two alumni events in Bandung on Tuesday 5 March and in Jakarta on Thursday 7 March.

During these events we will give you an update on TU Delft: what has happened at your Alma Mater since you have left? University Historian Abel Streefland will give you a short presentation about the history of the relationship between TU Delft and Indonesia:

"Since the founding of the predecessor of TU Delft in 1842, countless Dutch engineers went to Indonesia to work for industries or the colonial government, or to teach and cooperate in scientific projects. At the same time, TU Delft has always been a popular destination for Indonesian engineers. In other words, your Alma Mater always had strong ties with Indonesia. In this talk, the special relationship between TU Delft and Indonesia will be explored." 
Of course there will also be plenty of time to get to know each other. These events are the perfect opportunities to enlarge your network and to reminisce about your time in Delft.

We are already nearing the maximum capacity for the event in Jakarta. So if you would like join us there, please register as soon as possible.
