Dieuwke van den Ende, who conducted a major degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, won the Joop Bautz Information Security Award for 2021. Van den Ende supervised by Dion Gijswijt (Mathematics) and Zeki Erkin (Computer Science). The thesis is titled "Collaborative Private Decision-Tree Evaluation using (Multi-Key) Fully Homomorphic Encryption: with applications to Risk-Adaptive Access Control” and was a joint work with TNO.
