The hybrida programming project started in December of 2014. The project materializes our vision on a finite element library for conducting research. hybrida (latin for hybrid), is a project that combines the best of interpreted languages like Python and compiled languages like C++—thus we get the best of both worlds.

Hybrida is not only being used to advance finite element technology, but it is already a complete finite element library capable of dealing with a broad range of engineering problems. Learn more about ongoing projects within the code by clicking below.
