Workplace management

Physical workplace contributes to better and smoother work processes and happier workforce. Megatrends such as globalisation, well-being & health, agility, sharing and digitalisation are changing the way employees work. New forms of working such as flexible working, agile working and  mobile working require a mixture of space types that support collaborative and concentration required work. Due to changes in the way of working, workplace is more and more seen beyond the office building. Workplace management research is studying these changes.
