Profiel
Professor & Section Leader of Concrete Structures at TU Delft. Editor-in-chief of the trade journal Cement. Scientific director of 4TU.Built Environment. Professor of Concrete Structures at Norwegian University of science and technology (NTNU).
Profile
Max Hendriks received both his M.Sc (1987) and his Ph.D. (1991) from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Eindhoven University of Technology. He received his teaching certification for mathematics (1989) from the Faculty of Mathematics of the same university.
In 1991 he joined the Computational Mechanics group of the Building and Construction Research Institute of the Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research (TNO) at Delft. In his last position he was product manager of the FE package DIANA at TNO DIANA.
In 2007 he left TNO and started as an assistant professor at the faculty of Civil Engineering of the Delft University of Technology.
In 2011 he was appointed as professor in the mechanics of concrete structures at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, Norway.
