Profile
After completing her civil engineering studies in Peru. Cristina worked as geomechanics engineer at Schlumberger for 6 years. She worked in multidisciplinary oil and gas projects in Peru, Colombia and Ecuador. In 2017, she was hired as geotechnical laboratory coordinator at a mining consultancy, Knight Piesold. She worked 1.5 years where she was responsible of the technical and management lab activities.
She moved to the Netherlands in 2018, and in 2019 she joined for 3 months in the GSE lab at TU Delft. She obtained a master in Geo-information science at Wageningen University in Feb, 2022. In April, 2022, Cristina was added to the GSE-laboratory staff.
