Mark van der Krogt
Profile
Mark van der Krogt a researcher in the All-Risk research programme. Mark holds a MSc degree of Civil Engineering with a specialization in Hydraulic Structures and Flood Risk from the Delft University of Technology (2015). From 2015 he is working in the Geotechnical Risk and Reliability group at Deltares. He worked on several dike safety related projects like developing safety assessment methods, deriving semi-probabilistic assessment rules and incorporating past performance for slope stability. His research interests are geotechnical risk and reliability, reliability of levees and flood risk and reliability updating and Bayesian analysis.
