A. Tsetas (Athanasios)
Athanasios Tsetas is a PhD Candidate at the Offshore Engineering Section of Delft University of Technology. His research focuses on the development of a new class of pile driveability models for the offshore industry. The research is part of the “Gentle Driving of Piles (GDP)” project, funded by the GROW: "Growth through Research, development & demonstration in Offshore Wind" program.
Before the start of his PhD, Athanasios obtained a Diploma of Civil Engineering, with specialization in the field of Structural Engineering, from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In July 2017 he graduated with distinction as Class Valedictorian, defending his Diploma thesis “Impact of Soil-Structure Interaction in the Seismic Response of R/C Plane Frame Structures”.
