M.L.A. Segeren (Maxim)

Maxim Segeren graduated in Offshore Engineering at the Delft University of Technology in 2009. Before he started his PhD in 2010 he investigated the possibility to store renewable power in the Markermeer. He received his PhD degree in 2018 on his research on vibration-induced settlement of a slip joint connection for offshore wind turbined. He is currently employed as Project manager at the Offshore Engineering section of the Hydraulic Engineering Department. As project manager his main focus is on setting up new project in offshore renewable energy in close collaboration with industry partners.

Maxim Segeren currently represent the TU Delft in the program council of the GROW consortium and is secretary of the new research alliance on offshore renewables PhD@Sea.
