R.A. (Raeed Ali) Mohammed
I studied Civil Engineering at Haramaya University and University of California, Irvine. Later I joined Addis Ababa University, Institute of Technology as a lecturer in Transport Engineering. Additionally, I served as the chairman of the Road and Transport Engineering unit. Currently I am working on my PhD research at TU Delft on models of logistic choice behaviour for urban freight transport systems.
My research focuses on modelling shipment size, vehicle type, distribution channel and transport service choice problems through the use of discrete choice methods and simulation.
