Konstantinos has graduated from the University of Thessaly in Greece as a civil engineer with specialization (M.Eng.) in hydraulic and environmental engineering. Afterwards, he obtained his M.Sc. degree in Water Management from Delft University of Technology. The topic of his thesis was “Detection and quantification of lateral, illicit connections and infiltration in sewers with an Infra-Red camera: conclusions after a wide range of experiments”. Since April 2018, he has joined the Sanitary Engineering Department as a PhD candidate under the supervision of François Clemens and Jeroen Langeveld.  His research focuses on estimating the residual lifetime of plastic sewer pipes and joints.
