2012
This year, a team comprising of five students: Ade Nasution, Joƫlle Langeveld, Bhaskar Satyavolu, Stephan Moroschan and Cees Willems took part in the regional finals held in Prague. Guided by Prof. Harry Doust (VU Amsterdam) and Ir. Gerhard Diephuis, the team put up a good show in the regional finals but failed to make it to the global finals in USA.
As the team members say: "The competition gave us a chance to get in touch with people from industry and from other participating universities across Europe. It is a very unique learning opportunity as we experienced what it is like to do an exploration analysis."
