On Thursday 16 June, RTL Nieuws broadcast a news item on Dutch research into organs-on-chips technology. The segment included interviews with TU Delft’s Prof. Ronald Dekker (Faculty of EEMCS, Micro Electronics Department) and Joost Gribnau, a developmental biologist from Erasmus MC.

The research into organs-on-chips technology was conducted at the Institute for human Organ and Disease Model technologies (hDMT institute) – a collaborative initiative set up by universities, university medical centres and the pharmaceutical industry. Visit the hDMT website for more information about the institute.
