MSc Introduction week from Monday 3 September till Friday 7 September 2018

News - 13 July 2018 - DCSC

Dear students,

From 3 September till Friday 7 September the yearly MSc Introduction Week for the MSc Systems and Control is organized by our department.

During this days there is a full program with introductions and presentations by all DCSC staff members, lab visits, activities etc.

From Monday till Wednesday the program takes place at TU Delft (in different rooms/locations) and from Wednesday till Friday we will stay at an accommodation outside Delft, about 1 hour by bus. DCSC will arrange the transport on Wednesday and Friday. The bus will leave from the Aula at 14.00 hrs. (please do not be late!). Wait in front of the Aula for the bus (not inside the Aula, last year some students missed the bus!).

You will be back in Delft around 13.00 hrs. on Friday.

You should bring towels, a pillowcase and a sleeping bag or sheets/blankets (in Delft there are shops like Xenos and Bristol who sell sleeping bags). For the evening outdoor activity you might need a flashlight (not from your telephone!). Further, feel free to bring games, music instruments etc. to play. If you want to play football or join another outdoor activity, please do not forget your sport shoes and sport gear. Unfortunately there is no WIFI in this accommodation.

All meals and drinks (including diets) are taken care of (for diet wishes please inform us by mail). There are no costs for this Introduction Week.

The address of the group accommodation is as follows:

Groepsverblijf De Stulp
Hilversumsestraatweg 1
3744 KB Baarn
