First international students gain Bachelor’s degree in Applied Earth Sciences

Dhavissen Nayaren (Mauritius) and Ellie Roy (UK) are the first international students to successfully complete the bachelor’s programme in Applied Earth Sciences. Applied Earth Sciences has been taught completely in English from September 2014.

That means students will be preparing for an international career from year one. Dhavissen was also active in the faculty student council while Ellie followed the honours programme.
