Enrolment requirements

As the number of available places in courses is limited, we ask you only to enrol in a course if you can commit to attending the full course. 

As the number of available places in courses is limited, we ask you only to enrol in a course if you can commit to attending the full course. This means:

• You are able to arrive on time to all sessions;
• You are able to attend all sessions. i.e. not leaving early / leaving for a period of time during the session;
• You are able to complete all required assignments.

If you are not able to fulfil the above requirements, we ask that you do not enrol (or withdraw as soon as possible), in order to keep the limited number of places available for your peers. If you cancel shortly before the start of the course (less than 4 weeks in advance), we are often not able to fill your empty spot. At all times, please take the cancellation policy into account to avoid a fine being sent to your department.

Waiting lists 

If you are enrolled in the waiting list of a course, this does not show under ‘My Groups’. Once your enrolment has been moved from the waiting list into the main list, you will receive an e-mail notification about this. This might be sent to your spam box,  so please check your spam box regularly.  If you want to be removed from the waiting list, you can do this yourself. You can find instructions on our BlackBoard page under Faq’s/manual.
