This week all TU Delft Employees will receive an email from IVA Onderwijs, inviting you to take part in the university-wide 2017 TU Delft Employee Survey that is held every three years. This is your chance to tell us how you feel about your work experience and vitality and what you think of the quality of support you receive from the organisation. 

PhD climate

In this survey, we also take a closer look at the way that we support our PhD candidates. The Graduate School will receive the anonymized results from the PhD-related questions. We will study the results of the survey. Your participation is vital to us, because the results will form the foundation for concrete measures.

In 2011 and 2014, the Graduate School evaluated the TUD PhD climate, and had a great survey response rate. As a result of the 2011 survey, we introduced a career counsellor and the Career Development courses for our doctoral candidates. We hope you will take the time to contribute to TU Delft and the Graduate School by completing the questionnaire.
