The building activities for our new VLLAIR lab (D1-Wing ground floor) are more or less completed. Gradually the equipment and furniture are moved in. Please find below a “sneak preview” of the lab.

The Van Leeuwenhoek Laboratory for Advanced Imaging Research (VLLAIR) provides a globally important contribution to the development of innovative microscopes and other imaging tools and, as a result, to international research in general. The new VLLAIR lab will be laid out according to a new laboratory concept devised by Pieter Kruit (CPO). This transparent lab concept will stimulate cooperation with various faculty’s departments and public-private parties.
