Dutch hydraulic engineering through the eyes of a Swiss journalist
Mid-January, in the middle of high water in the rivers and a one in twenty year storm event from the North Sea, the Swiss journalist Mathias Plüss visited The Netherlands for a one-week tour along Dutch highlights of Hydraulic Engineering and Water Management.
