OTB is closely involved in new minor Cities, Migration & Socio-Spatial Inequality. Reinout Kleinhans coordinates the new minor Cities, Migration & Socio-Spatial Inequality (CMSI), which started this September.
This topical minor concerns the local effects of international migration flows for cities and neighbourhoods and offers an interdisciplinary perspective on socio-spatial inequality, spatial justice, migration, and diversity. The CMSI minor is open to bachelor students of the Faculties of Architecture and the Built environment, Technology, Policy, and Management (TPM), Industrial Design (ID), and Civil Engineering (CE). Students from Public Administration and Sociology at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam may also apply, as well as interested students with backgrounds in human geography or urban planning.

Participating institutions are the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment (TU Delft), Faculty of Social Sciences (Erasmus University Rotterdam), and the Faculty of Humanities (Leiden University), and the Veldacademie in Rotterdam.
