Looking Back On Elite Sports Lunch

On Tuesday 20 November almost 40 (out of a total of 55) elite athletes of the TU Delft got together for a lunch at Cafe X. There was ample time for the students to catch up. Also, they looked back on achievements in education and sports.

World champions celebration
The achievements wo elite athletes in particular were highlighted. Sailor Annette Duetz (together with her partner Annemiek Bekkering) won the world title in the 49er FX class in the Danish city of Aarhus. In Innsbruck, Austria, cyclist Rozemarijn Ammerlaan became junior world champion in the time trial.
