'Innovatiebudget' is a government subsidy for projects which aim to improve government online services for businesses and citizens. Government institutions can submit projects themselves and set challenges to the market. From 2019 to 2021 € 6 million per year is available to support projects in the early stages of innovation.
As a member of the selection committee for the coming three years, the goal of IDE researcher Jasper van Kuijk is to make sure that in the selected projects the perspective of the user gets enough attention. He will question the targets, process and team composition of each project and will suggest improvements.
