TU Delft 53th in THE University Employability Ranking

TU Delft ranks 53th in the Times Higher Education Global University Employability Ranking 2019, two places higher than last year. This top 250 aims to show how recruiters from large companies rate universities on how they prepare students for the job market. TU Delft is once again the best-rated Dutch university.

41 countries
The list includes universities from 41 countries. France, Germany, China, the United Kingdom and the United States are the best represented in the list. The US has the highest score in the top 10 with 6 universities.

Thousands of managers took part
The ranking is based on a Global University Employability Survey designed by the French HR consultancy company Emerging, conducted by Trendence and published by Times Higher Education. 2,500 Recruitment managers and 5,500 managing directors from international companies were asked to participate in the survey.

Rankings
Times Higher Education is best known for its annual World University Rankings, which looks primarily at the scientific impact of publications. The THE Ranking, together with the Shanghai-ranking and the QS-ranking, is one of the leading university rankings in the world. Each of these rankings is composed differently and has its own focus and limitations.
