X is happy to help you escape the mandatory isolation, by digitally dropping into your home with workouts, courses and challenges. As long as X is closed, we will regularly post new material on our Instagram account @x.tudelft. In addition to the online training sessions, we will also start with Instagram LIVE lessons.
