Researchers draw attention to importance of good ventilation again

Currently, there is renewed attention for the importance of good ventilation to prevent the coronavirus from spreading. In a letter to Mark Rutte, twenty scientists, including several professors from our faculty, call on the outgoing prime minister to take ventilation more seriously as a measure against the spread of the corona virus. "For example, replace the 'wash hands' icon on the lectern with a 'ventilate well' icon."

Professor Philomena Bluyssen previously stressed the importance of good ventilation guidelines.
