TU Delft partner in Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking

News - 23 December 2021

TU Delft has become an official member of the European Partnership of Clean Aviation, the world’s most ambitious research and innovation partnership for a sustainable aviation sector. Aviation is facing its largest challenge in history: being climate neutral in 2050. Flying is part of our lives: it contributes a lot to welfare and wellbeing across the world. But if we want to continue to fly, now and in the future, we need to bring the climate impact of aviation down to the absolute minimum. At TU Delft we believe that’s possible and we’re well positioned to come up with technological solutions that will make a significant contribution to climate neutral aviation. This is also why we have expressed our full commitment towards this programme. We’re looking forward to join forces within the Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking.
