[Postponed] New webshop launches on Tuesday 28 December

Starting on Tuesday, 28 December 2021, X will have a new webshop, which can be accessed via https://x.tudelft.nl. From then on, the webshop will have a different look and feel to what you are used to. The new portal boasts numerous improvements. It is much more mobile-friendly, has an extensive search and filter option and several new features. These include the possibility to invite friends to join you in your planned activity.

The webshop is an important part of your experience at X. Unfortunately, we have had problems with this platform on several occasions, especially when processing large amounts of web-traffic. The current portal is also outdated and not very mobile-friendly. In order to resolve these issues, and more importantly to improve your experience at X, we have spent over a year working behind the scenes with the platform developers on a brand new webshop.

We will be launching the new webshop on Tuesday, 28 December. Of course, we will do everything we can to ensure a smooth transition. However, as a precaution we have chosen a date during the Christmas period. If there are any unexpected problems during the switch, we will try to keep the impact to a minimum. Please bear in mind that the webshop might not be fully accessible in the morning of 28 December and there may be some bugs in the following days, which we will fix as soon as possible.
