On 25 May it was 'Fiets naar je Werk Dag’ (Cycle to Work Day). On this day, the Sustainability Project Team and the Local Sustainability Coordinators all cycled to campus.
The impact of travel and mobility is a major contributor to carbon emissions at TU Delft. Commuting and business (flying) traffic are almost equal. By 2030, we want to be a carbon neutral, climate-adaptive and circular campus, where we contribute to the biodiversity and quality of life. Coming to campus by bicycle is a great starting point for something good. Good for a fresh start of the day and a positive impact on the environment.
