New guidelines on archiving assessments and student work

News - 03 February 2023 - Teaching Support

A new page about Archiving Educational Data has been published on the Teaching Support website. This page contains binding guidelines on how long and where to archive and delete your students’ work, as well as exams, answer models, assignments and rubrics. If you use specific centrally supported educational tools, you may assume that this is being taken care of by TU Delft. If you are working with paper-based or 3D student work, or if you use other tools, you are responsible for archiving. The page contains guidelines on where to store the data, what the retention periods are, and how to destroy the data in the right way.
