We develop micro and nano tools for quantitative measurements at the small scale. The focus is on the structures that interact with uids and measure fundamental properties, e.g.: force, mass, volume. These devices are used for local nanoparticle synthesis, liquid biopsy from single cells, functionalising nanoscale devices, and beyond.
