In addition to your salary, at TU Delft you will receive an annual holiday allowance of 8% and a year-end bonus of 8.3% of your salary, as well as a proportional monthly work-related expenses remuneration of €27.00 net and a commuting allowance of €20.00. If, on appointment at TU Delft, you live 75 kilometres or more away from your place of work, you are entitled to an allowance for a period of two years. And, if the distance is greater than 75 kilometres and you relocate to a home less than ten kilometres from TU Delft within two years of entering into employment, you will receive a one-off reimbursement of relocation expenses.
You can also put together your own annual remuneration package as part of our Individual Terms and Conditions of Employment Options (Individueel Keuzepakket Arbeidsvoorwaarden, IKA). This enables you to tailor part of your terms and conditions of employment to your own wishes and offers certain tax benefits.
You will participate in the pension scheme run by the Algemeen Burgerlijk Pensioenfonds (ABP), in which approximately two-thirds of the contribution is paid by TU Delft and the remaining one third by the employee.
