G.W.H. Hoekman (Willem)

Biography

I was born in Zwolle, in the east of the Netherlands and raised in a tiny speckle on the map called Oudleusen. After graduating from high school I started the bachelor of Aerospace Engineering at Delft University of Technology.

After graduating in 2018, I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Aerospace Structures and Materials because I liked material science and wanted to include a little bit of chemistry back in my programme.

During my studies I have been (and am) an active member of the VSV ‘Leonardo da Vinci’ , TA and board member of ASM Enlightness.

Current Project

Currently I am looking for an internship outside of Europe. As for the next phase, I have no particular field of preference yet but I hope to find out in the coming months.
