Registration

The colloquium registration fee includes participation in all presentations to take place on Monday, 26 May, including the public evening lectures; all presentations to take place on Tuesday, 27 May; the Envisioning Compatible Strategies seminar to take place on Wednesday, 28 May; all lunch and coffee breaks during the three days; and the abstract book.
Early registration (until 9 May 2008) – Non academic:  € 700,-
Early registration (until 9 May 2008) – Academic: € 400,-
Early registration (until 9 May 2008) – Young professional / Student: € 100,-
Authors (when submitted the full paper): 35% reduction on all fees (except gala dinner) for one author per paper.

The gala dinner fee includes cocktails and guided tour at the Coudenberg archaeological site, followed by dinner at the Bellevue Museum overlooking the Royal Palace gardens to take place on Tuesday, 27 May.
Rate: € 100,-

The excursion fee includes participation in one of the three tours to take place on Wednesday, 28 May, including coffee break, and lunch.
Non academic:  € 50,-
Academic: € 25,-
Young professional / Student: € 10,-

The seminar fee includes participation in the Multi-Actor Urban Decision-Making seminar to take place on Wednesday, 28 May, including the preceding lunch, a copy of the recently published Urban Decision Room: An Urban Management Instrument, coffee break, and closing reception.

NB: All registration fees, except the public lecture fee, are quoted excluding 21% VAT.

Non-academic: applicable to persons working in private / commercial corporations or governmental organisations.
Academic: applicable to persons employed by universities, educational, cultural or social institutions.
Young professional: applicable to persons until the age of 30. A copy of the ID card / passport is required. Registrations in this category are limited
Student: a copy of the student card or a signed letter from the Head of Department is required. Registrations in this category are limited.
