You are very welcome in our garden. Online ticket booking is no longer required, but still available. Other corona measures will stay in place, such as one-way routes, maximum numbers of visitors in the greenhouses and regular disinfection. We also ask you to keep at an appropriate distance of other visitors and staff.

Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for beautiful pictures of flowering plants, interesting questions and information from our Chief Gardener.

The Botanical Garden

Plants provide food, medicine, clothing, shelter and raw materials and are essential for humans. In our technical botanic garden, botanical research has been done on plants for more than 100 years. It has brought many wild plants to industrial applications and has been an inspiration for breakthrough innovations. The garden is still the site of various research projects, but it is also a beautiful garden where you can relax, recharge and always discover new things.
