E. Kementzetzidis (Evangelos)
Evangelos Kementzetzidis is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Offshore Engineering Department of Delft University of Technology since March of 2018. His research focusses on the identification of parameters that influence the soil-structure interaction of offshore wind turbines resting on large monopiles. The research is funded by the GROW partners "Growth through Research, development & demonstration in Offshore Wind" for the Gentle Driving of Piles project.
In 2015 Evangelos started his master at the TU Delft within the track of Geotechnical Engineering. On November 2017 he graduated with distinction (Cum Laude) as Civil Engineer, defending his thesis " Geotechnical Aspects of Offshore Wind Turbine Dynamics Emerging from 3d Sand-Monopile Non-Linear Simulations.
