Longing for the campus on a sunny sunday afternoon
December 2020 : Working on the stairs while keeping an eye out on three kids playing. It's not ideal, but we're making it work.

A lonely student lost on campus. One week after campus lockdown. Photo: J. ter Pelkwijk
A year ago at the start of the lockdown in March I took this picture at the Campus. It has ever since become the background of all my Zoom and Teams endless number of meetings. It makes me feel part of the University even if we can't be there. It's also a great conversation starter, I usually say that I never left the park and that the sun is always shinning and the flowers are always blooming.
