Engineering Education Pilots
In cooperation with teachers and Delft University Fund, students can initiate Engineering Education pilots. These pilots are constructed to have educational goals with commitment of teachers and the education coordinator.
Delft University Fund is involved in the development of the following pilots.
Graduate School: PhD KickStart Fund
TU Delft professors and PhD candidates can apply for a grant to develop a new course or to innovate an existing one within the Doctoral Education program. Delft University Fund finances the modules and offers donators the opportunity to associate with this initiative.
Trade Mission Singapore
Students Omar Link and Simon van der Jagt were able to present their startup Nowi Energy at the Asian Internet of Things conference in Singapore. They were invited to the conference by TNO in cooperation with the Dutch government. The visit was financially co-supported by Delft University Fund.
Shock Safe Nepal
Shock Safe Nepal is a student initiative to research earthquake-proof architecture in Nepal. Multiple research teams are send to Nepal to complement and elaborate on the results of the preceding team. Delft University Fund support the expedition.
