BSc Molecular Science & Technology
Chemistry is all around you: from your clothes, cosmetics and food to your smartphone, medicines and solar cells. It is a field that is developing at an amazing speed. It needs to, because the world population continues to grow and resources are becoming ever scarcer. Chemists and chemical engineers are working to achieve a clean and healthy world. They are developing new technologies in the fields of energy, water and health. The basis of all their research is knowledge about how molecules react with each other and how we can influence their structure and properties. Molecular Science & Technology, a joint chemistry degree programme run by Leiden University and TU Delft, will prepare you for a career in this exciting field of work. You will combine the best of both universities and make a contribution to tackling the challenges of the future.
