Follow-on Master's programmes
Once you have your BSc degree, you can decide whether to study for a Master’s degree. Be aware that a Bachelor title from a University of Applied Sciences equips you for a career in the world of business, but at a university it is a step towards an academic degree. We therefore advise you to continue studying.
After your Bachelor’s, you can transfer to one of the tracks of the Master’s degree programme in Mechanical Engineering. This TU Delft Master’s degree programme offers the broadest Mechanical Engineering programme at academic level in the Netherlands. You can also choose another Master's degree programme like Systems & Control, Offshore & Dredging or Materials Science & Engineering
With a Bachelor's degree from TU Delft you have several options. You can opt to study for a Master’s degree at the same faculty, at a different faculty, or even at another university. To see what your options are, take a look at the transfer matrix.
Opto-MechatronicsThis track will teach you the fundamentals of optics in theory and practice, as well as understanding of high-end optical systems combined with mechatronic system design treating dynamics and motion control.
