COSSE Erasmus Mundus Master

COSSE stands for the international master's programme "Computer Simulations for Science and Engineering. COSSE is a programme within the multidisciplinary field of Computational Science and Engineering (CSE). CSE is an enabling technology for scientific discovery and engineering design that involves mathematical modeling, numerical analysis, computer science, high-performance computing and visualization. The remarkable development of large-scale computing in recent decades has turned CSE into the third paradigm of science, complementing theory and experiment.

The programme is a joint initiative by KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden), Delft University of Technology (Netherlands), and Technical University of Berlin (Germany). The students enter one of the universities and continue the second year at one of the other institutions in another country. Students receive doubles degrees from both the 1st  and 2nd year universities.

The programme offers education of the highest international standard as well as a unique experience of meeting different European cultures, languages, climate and nature. Students from any country are welcome to apply.
